Hah!
Sophia reminds me of my grandfather, who also became way less inhibited after he had a stroke. Not that I wish medical catastrophes on people, but some of my favorite times with him were after the stroke, because he'd been very taciturn his whole life, and he got much friendlier and more communicative, and even funny.
